For best prices and quick delivery, please contact your local parts distributor. All prices are subject to change without notice Any return of merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. A return authorization form (obtained from CNC) must accompany all merchandise. Returns must be within 30 days of receipt of order. Damaged merchandise should be reported to the deliverer, as they are liable. Shortage claims must be reported to CNC within 10 days of receipt of order. WARRANTY CNC will repair or replace any product found to be defective in materials, design or workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Neither the seller or CNC will be liable for any loss, damage or injury directly or indirectly arising from the use of these products. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the of the products for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith. This warranty shall be void and of no effect with respect to any products altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than CNC. Liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of these products. |
